If the price of any item on a restaurant's delivery menu is ever cheaper than the price you paid ordering at Pizza.lu or any of the Pizza.lu apps. The refund is given in the form of a voucher with the value of the difference, which can only be redeemed at Pizza.lu.

Price offered by the restaurant

Proof of the price difference (for example: picture of a print screen of the website, scan of the receipt or similar).

Remarks

After your request has been approved, a member of our customer care team will contact you and refund the difference in the form of a voucher.

Terms & Conditions of the Pizza.lu Price Matching Guarantee

  1. By filling and completing the form you automatically agree with the terms and conditions of the Pizza.lu Price Matching Guarantee and the Pizza.lu General terms and conditions.
  2. You must be of age (18 years or older) and a resident of the to claim a refund under the terms and conditions of the Pizza.lu Price Matching Guarantee.
  3. Meals included in special promotions (e.g. dishes which only are offered during a certain day/time) are excluded from the Pizza.lu Price-Matching Guarantee.
  4. The Pizza.lu Price-Matching Guarantee does apply for reductions advertised on Pizza.lu or on the mobile apps.
  5. There can only be one submission per order, per person and per restaurant.
  6. Only orders which were processed 30 days ago or less will be taken into consideration for this guarantee.
  7. Delivery costs and payment administration costs are excluded from this guarantee.
